ASSUMPTION
Department of Conservation officials assume no fiscal impact on Conservation Department Funds.
Department of Natural Resources officials assume no fiscal impact.
The Kansas City Manager's Office officials assume no fiscal impact.
City Managers of the Cities of Springfield, and Fulton assume no fiscal impact.
Officials of St. Louis County assume this proposal would have no financial impact on the County Parks Department, however, officials assume the proposal would have future benefits for the development of trail networks by reducing adjacent landowners concerns about liability.

DESCRIPTION
This act provides immunity from civil liability to certain persons owning land adjoining public trails.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
