ASSUMPTION
Officials of the State Courts Administrator and the Attorney General stated that the proposal would not affect their agencies, administratively.
Officials of the Division of Legislative Research indicated that there would be a few additional pages in the supplement to the Revised Statutes but would not expect any fiscal impact.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would specify how the Revisor of Statutes would note, in the revised statutes of Missouri, that a statute or part of a statute had been declared unconstitutional by the Missouri Supreme Court or a federal court with competent jurisdiction.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space. This proposal would not affect Total State Revenue.
