ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Transportation (DHT) assume DHT may incur labor costs to relocate existing signs to the new location. These costs will be absorbed by DHT, therefore DHT assumes no fiscal impact.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would remove the portion of I-44 in Jasper County from the designation of George Washington Carver Memorial Highway.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
