ASSUMPTION
In response to almost identical legislation officials of the Office of State Courts Administrator stated there would be no fiscal impact on the Courts.
Oversight assumes this proposal would allow Grundy County to spend current law library money on additional purposes, and would not expect any state or local fiscal impact.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This bill provides that moneys from the law library fund may be used by Grundy County for courtroom renovation and technology enhancement.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
