Officials from the Office of the Attorney General assume that any potential costs from this proposal could be absorbed with existing resources.
Officials from the Office of the Governor and the Office of Administration, Division of Budget and Planning, assume this proposal would have no impact on their organizations.
Officials from the Missouri National Guard assume the proposal would result in operating or rehabilitation cost savings to their organization.
Oversight assumes the operating or rehabilitation cost savings would not be significant because the armory was scheduled for closure.

This proposal would authorize conveyance of state property to the City of Salem.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
