No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal allows barbers whose licenses have lapsed for over two years but less than five years to have their licenses reinstated by making application to the State Board of Barber Examiners, passing the practicum portion of the state licensing exam and paying the appropriate fees.
This proposal is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
