ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Office of State Court Administrator assume this proposal does not increase cost or fees and would have no fiscal impact to the Courts. Officials assume this proposal would allow existing monies to be used for additional purposes and would not expect any local fiscal impact.
The County Commissions of Ripley and Butler counties did not respond.

DESCRIPTION
This act establishes that in certain counties moneys collected pursuant to Section 488.426,
RSMo, may be expended for courtroom renovation and technology.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
