FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials of the Office of State Court Administrator assume no fiscal impact to the Courts.

Boone County officials did not respond to this fiscal note request.

Oversight assumes this proposal is permissive. Boone County's governing body would have to elect to impose a civil fine that could not exceed $1,000 by ordinance. This proposal does not require Boone County officials to impose a fine, or to appoint a County Counselor.
