Oversight assumes that fire and ambulance districts which receive property after the effective date of this proposal would have increased tax revenues and service responsibilities, and that districts which lose property after the effective date of this proposal would have decreased tax revenues and service responsibilities.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This proposal would allow property that is added to a fire protection district to be excluded from an ambulance district.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
