FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
This proposal removes an alternate course of experience that is currently allowed in statute to be a registered commercial interior designer. Commercial interior designers may face more stringent criteria in order to be registered.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal removes a provision that addresses the ability of an individual to qualify for registration as a commercial interior designer (Section 324.409.2).
This proposal is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
