FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would modify the annual report of the Judicial Finance Commission to include separate information on all divisions of the circuit court of each county, including the probate division. The proposal would also require the commission to resolve any dispute within ninety days of the beginning of the subsequent fiscal year if the dispute is submitted within ninety days of the end of the fiscal year.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
