No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This act requires contractors and companies who repair, remove, and close petroleum liquid storage systems to have on file with the Division of Weights and Measures in the Department of Agriculture documentation regarding insurance and proof of being able to be bonded.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
