DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would add a provision for filling vacancies of unexpired terms of members of the executive council of the judicial conference of resolution of the judicial conference.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
