FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal changes the period of time a state employee, who is certified by the American Red Cross as a disaster service volunteer, may be granted leave with pay. Under this proposal a state employee could be grated leave for up to 120 work hours rather than the 15 calendar days as under current law.
This proposal is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
