Oversight assumes this proposal only changes the body that certifies a Deputy County Coroner of attendance at a training program, and does not change compensation that is received by the Deputy for attending training. Oversight assumes no state or local fiscal impact.

DESCRIPTION



This act changes the body that certifies a deputy coroner from the County Officials Training Commission to the Missouri Coroners and Medical Examiners Association.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
