ASSUMPTION
Officials with the Department of Insurance assume this proposal would have no fiscal impact on their agency.
Official with the Department of Revenue (DOR) assume this proposal could require their agency to mail procedural changes to agency offices. They assume these mailing could cost $530 for FY 04. Oversight assumes that DOR could absorb these cost with existing resources.
