Officials from the Office of the Governor, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Office of the Adjutant General each assume this proposal would not fiscally impact their respective agencies.



Officials from the Office of the Attorney General assume that any potential costs arising from this proposal could be absorbed with existing resources.



Officials from the Sedalia School District did not respond to our request for fiscal impact.



Oversight notes that consideration for the conveyance of property is $1. This consideration is considered immaterial and is not reflected in the fiscal note.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.





DESCRIPTION



This proposal authorizes the Governor to convey the National Guard Armory in Sedalia to the Sedalia School District Foundation. Consideration for the conveyance shall be one dollar.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
