Officials from Moberly Area Community College, State Fair Community College, St. Louis Community College System, and Three Rivers Community College did not respond to our request for information.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would modify the appropriation procedures for community college districts, by excluding capital appropriations from the basis for calculating maintenance appropriations.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
