DESCRIPTION
This act allows Clay County to open or operate a concession stand at a privately operated marina This proposal would require Clay County if they acquire in whole or in part, concession stands, marinas, and/or ancillary equipment to compensate the owner or owners a fair market value for their purchase..
This act has an emergency clause.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
