ASSUMPTIONS
Officials from the Department of Conservation assume that this proposal would have an unknown negative impact on the Conservation Commission Fund depending on the amount of staff time which might be required.
Although they did not respond to our request for information on this proposal, officials from the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Revenue, the Missouri Lottery, and the Missouri Highway Patrol assumed, in response to a previous version of this proposal, that this proposal would have no impact on their organizations.
Officials from the Office of the Attorney General did not respond to this proposal.
Officials from the Gaming Commission assume the proposal would have no impact on their organization.
ASSUMPTIONS (continued)
Oversight assumes there would be an insignificant number of such contests conducted and that the cost, if any, could be absorbed by the Department of Conservation.

(2) Only one tagged fish per lake participating in the contest has a value not less than one thousand dollars or in excess of one million dollars;
(3) The tagged fish shall be tagged by the sponsor of the contest or sweepstakes in the presence of a representative from the department of conservation;
