ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Office of Administration, Division of Design and Construction, and Adair County assume no fiscal impact to their agencies.
Officials from the Office of Attorney General assume any potential costs from this proposal could be absorbed.
Officials from the Department of Natural Resources do not anticipate any fiscal impact as a result of this proposal.
Oversight assume the proposal on conveyance of real estate in Adair County would authorize the exchange of properties of equivalent value between the Department of Natural Resources and private landowners, and would have no fiscal impact on the state of Missouri.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This act authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to convey state property in Thousand
Hills State Park to James Lyons. Consideration for the conveyance shall be the conveyance of
property owned by Mr. Lyons to the Department of Natural Resources.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
