ASSUMPTION
Official of the Office of Attorney General assume any cost related to this proposal could be absorbed with existing appropriations.
Office of Administration- Division of Design and Construction assume no fiscal impact.
Officials of the City of Fulton assume no fiscal impact.
Oversight assumes the Commissioner of Administration will negotiate a sale of state owned property to the City of Fulton that would be reasonable.

DESCRIPTION
This act authorizes the state to convey a permanent easement on state property in Callaway County to the City of Fulton. The Commissioner of the Office of Administration is responsible for setting the terms and conditions of the sale of the property
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
