No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This act extends powers to civilian review boards that investigate allegations of misconduct by
local law enforcement officers. The powers granted in this act include: subpoena powers,
administer oaths, require production of papers, records and documents, and the examination of
witnesses.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
