DESCRIPTION
This resolution urges the State of Illinois to either enact a law that requires parental consent for minors to obtain an abortion or, if no such law is enacted, to recognize Missouri's parental consent law.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
