DESCRIPTION
This act repeals a provision which allows the Marion County Circuit Court to appoint the District I Clerk of the Circuit Court if the offices of Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Deeds are separated.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
