FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials of the Village of Hanley Hills assume there would be no fiscal impact.

In response to similar legislation from a prior session the following impact statements were issued.

Officials of the Office of State Courts Administrator stated that they would anticipate one or more cases to test the parameters of the law, and would not expect a significant increase in the workload of the Judiciary. Officials assume no fiscal impact.

The Villages of Bel-Ridge and Bel-Nor assumed this proposal would have no fiscal impact.

Oversight assumes this proposal is enabling legislation that grants certain authority to certain towns and villages, and would have no state fiscal impact. Certain towns and villages would have no fiscal impact unless their governing body would choose to use the authority granted by this proposal. Therefore, as this proposal is written, certain towns and villages would have no fiscal impact.
