FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal imposes civil liability on any person who intentionally causes, aids, or assists a minor to obtain an abortion without the consent or consents required in Section 188.028. The person may be civilly liable to the minor and to the person or persons required to give consent up to $1,000.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
