Officials from the following entities assume no fiscal impact:
Department of Revenue, Missouri Ethics Commission, Office of Administration, Department of Highways and Transportation, Missouri Department of Conservation, Department of Economic Development, Office of the State Auditor, Office of the Secretary of State, Office of the State Treasurer, and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Officials from the following entities responded no fiscal impact to identical legislation from a prior session:
Office of Lt. DESCRIPTION
This act prohibits elected and appointed officials from appearing in televised commercials or advertisements paid for by state money.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
