FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Oversight assumes that all legislative, executive and judicial branch offices would be filled for the entire fiscal years affected by this proposal. (Oversight notes that there are thirty-six Commissioners whose salaries are tied to those of circuit or associate court judges and that there are nine Senior Judges currently serving. These salaries could be affected by this proposal.)

Oversight notes that by FY 2006 there will be another set of Commission recommendations and the General Assembly would have to approve or reject those recommendations at the 2005 session of the legislature.
