DESCRIPTION



This proposal provides that the Governor or the Director of the Office of Administration shall recognize a collective bargaining unit, upon approval by a majority of the unit's employees.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
