No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
Under this act a candidate for State Senator, State Representative, County Clerk, Circuit Court Judge, Associate Circuit Court Judge, elected municipal offices in cities with a population of more than 100,000 and elected county government offices in counties with a population of more than 100,000 who choose to file their reports with the Missouri Ethics Commission electronically and who file a declaration with the local election authority that the report was filed electronically with the Missouri Ethics Commission would be relieved from separately filing the report with the local election authority.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
