DESCRIPTION
This act adds the Chief Information Officer as a member of the State Records Commission. The Chief Information Officer is the head of the Office of Information Technology.
This Commission has the duty to determine what records no longer have any administrative, legal, research or historical value and should be disposed of
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
