CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1670 - Under current law, a fire protection district must publish a notice for bids on all construction or purchase contracts for work, material, or both, if it involves an expense of ten thousand dollars or more. This act increases the amount to fifty thousand dollars or more.
