CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SCR 19 - This concurrent resolution urges the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to prevent discriminatory insurance practices and require insurance plans and pharmacy benefit managers to apply all patient-paid prescription drug expenditures, including those obtained through the new TrumpRx platform, toward patients' cost-sharing requirements. Additionally, this concurrent resolution urges the Department of Social Services to assess the new GENEROUS Model for MO HealthNet participation.
