SB 1568 - Current law authorized applicants for or recipients of benefits provided by the Family Support Division, the Children's Division, and the MO HealthNet Division to appeal to the director of the respective division certain administrative decisions regarding those benefits. This act adds the Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance Unit to the list of divisions from which appeals may be made. This act also repeals a provision of law prohibiting the Administrative Hearing Commission from granting a stay order when the claim arises under certain programs funded, in whole or in part, by federal funds.
