SB 236 - This act pertains to private applicator licenses. The act maintains the prohibition on the issuance of a licensing fee but allows for the collection of a fee by the University of Missouri Extension Service for the actual cost of the materials necessary to complete the course of instruction required for a certified private applicator's license. Such costs shall be reviewed on an annual basis by the directors of both the Department of Agriculture and the Extension service. MEGAN WORD
