CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 520 - Under this act, a hospital with an emergency department shall have at least one physician on site and on duty who is responsible for the emergency department at all times the emergency department is open.
This act is identical to SB 1406 (2024) and HB 2548 (2024).
