SB 398 - Currently, property owners may post purple marks on trees or posts around an area to prohibit trespassers. This act allows the marks to be a post capped or marked on at least its top two inches if certain specifications are met. Prior to applying a cap or mark on a fence between the land of different owners, all such owners shall agree to such decision. This act is identical to SB 1178 (2008), HB 1026 (2007) & SB 632 (2007).
