CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SJR 55 - Under this constitutional amendment, if approved by voters, no proceeds from any increase in the tax on motor fuel taking place after August 28, 2021, shall be used for administrative purposes or administrative expenses of the Department of Transportation.
