CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1076 - This act specifies that children riding in motor vehicles shall be secured in rear-facing child passenger restraint systems until they reach 2 years of age or reach the height or weight limits established by the restraint system manufacturer.
This act is identical to HB 2304 (2018).
