SB 1195 - Under this act, several references to the Department of Economic Development now reference the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development. Additionally, the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development shall have authority to make grants to eligible entities, as defined by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
