CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SCS/SB 1049 - This act designates the portion of State Highway 42 within Maries County that is located within the city limits of Vienna the "PFC Ralph A. Branson, Jr. Memorial Highway".
This act is identical to provisions in SCS/HB 2347 (2018), SCS/HCS/HBs 2277 & 1983 (2018), and HCS#2/SS#2/SCS/SB 1050 (2018). This provision is substantially similar to a provision in HCB 14 (2018).
