CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1050 - Under this act, every school bus that transports one or more elementary or secondary students with special needs shall be equipped with a video camera that includes audio and visual on the interior of the school bus to monitor student safety while students are being transported.
This act is identical to SB 590 (2021).
