CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1032 - This act modifies the Opioid Addiction Treatment and Recovery Fund to permit the Office of Administration, the Department of Corrections, and the judiciary to access moneys in the fund for the purposes of opioid addiction treatment and prevention services and health care and law enforcement costs related to opioid addiction treatment and prevention.
This act is substantially similar to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/HB 2162 (2022).
