SB 1358 - The act eliminates certain provisions throughout Section 571.107, RSMo, which state that possession of a firearm in a vehicle on the premises of prohibited locations is not a criminal offense. The act eliminates exceptions throughout Section 571.107, RSMo, which allow the carrying of concealed firearms with a concealed carry endorsement in prohibited locations. The act prohibits the carrying of concealed firearms with an endorsement in any restaurant, bar, or pub. The act prohibits the carrying of concealed firearms in any sports arena, stadium, gymnasium, and other sports-related places. The act prohibits the carrying of concealed firearms in any library. The act prohibits the carrying of concealed firearms in any bank, trust company, banking corporation, reserve depository or bank holding company.
