CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 956 - This act prohibits all state departments and agencies from enforcing any rule or regulation promulgated by any federal agency until the rule or regulation has first been approved by the Missouri General Assembly.
This act is substantially similar to SB 426 (2021) and HB 2339 (2020).
