HCS/SB 192 - This act pertains to hazardous materials. The act allows for the disposal of hazardous materials once the law enforcement agency has documented the representative samples of said materials. The act allows photographs, videotapes, or laboratory analysis to be used for prosecution purposes to verify and document the quantity of hazardous materials - all shall be deemed competent evidence and admissible in court.
