SB 867 - For any school district located in more than one county and whose headquarters are located within Owensville, the county signified in the school district number shall be the county in the district with the highest dollar value modifier. The act only applies to school districts with school facilities, as defined in the act, in a county other than the county in which the school district headquarters is located as of August 28, 2018. The act shall only become effective one year after the school foundation formula is fully funded. The act shall remain effective in all years thereafter.
