SCR 30 - This concurrent resolution establishes the Joint Committee on Solid Waste Management District Operations. The Joint Committee shall be composed of 5 members of the Senate and 5 members of the House of Representatives, with not more than 3 from each chamber being from the same party. The Joint Committee may hold hearings and prepare a report with its recommendations for any legislative action deemed necessary, for submission to the General Assembly by December 31, 2018, at which time the Joint Committee shall be dissolved. This resolution is similar to SCR 3 (2015) and SCR 17 (2014). KAYLA HAHN
