SCR 29 - This concurrent resolution establishes the Joint Committee on the Transition of the St. Louis Public School District. The Joint Committee shall be composed of 5 members of the Senate and 5 members of the House of Representatives, with not more than 3 from each chamber being from the same party, as well as the members of the Special Administrative Board and the elected school board of the St. Louis Public School District. The Joint Committee may hold hearings and prepare a report with its recommendations, for submission to the General Assembly by December 31, 2018, at which time the Joint Committee shall be dissolved.
